Heal At Home provides healthcare services including doctor consultations, nursing care, laboratory tests, and physiotherapy delivered at the patient's home. We connect qualified healthcare professionals with patients seeking convenient home-based healthcare.

3. User Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old or have parental/guardian consent to use our services. By using our platform, you represent that you meet these eligibility requirements.

4. User Accounts

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
  • You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration
  • You are responsible for all activities under your account
  • You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized account access

5. Payment Terms

Pricing for our services is clearly displayed during the booking process. Payment can be made through:

  • Pay on Completion: Cash or digital payment to the healthcare professional

All transactions are processed securely. We are not responsible for payment failures due to technical issues from your end.

6. Cancellation & Rescheduling

You may cancel or reschedule your appointment up to 24 hours before the scheduled time through your account or by contacting our support team. Cancellations within 24 hours may be subject to a cancellation fee.

7. Medical Disclaimer

Our healthcare services are provided for informational and consultation purposes. They do not replace professional medical diagnosis or treatment. Always consult with qualified healthcare professionals for medical emergencies or serious health conditions.

8. Healthcare Professional Liability

All our healthcare professionals are qualified and licensed. However, we are not liable for any complications or adverse outcomes that may arise from the services provided, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct by our professionals.

9. Health & Safety

You agree to:

  • Disclose all relevant allergies and medications

  • Follow the advice and instructions provided by healthcare professionals

All content on the Heal At Home platform, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Heal At Home or its content suppliers. You may not reproduce, distribute, or transmit any content without our prior written permission.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Heal At Home shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.
